Even the Easter Bunny stayed around to visit us this year.<br />I would like to thank everyone who came out and donated their time and effort to make this year’s Easter Egg Hunt another successful one. The students from St. Michael the Archangel School <span style="font-family:georgia;">(<span style="color:#000099;">Alaina Savarese, Sean McMachan, Luke Hollis, Josh Graves, Ryan Cary and Justin Thomas</span>)</span> who helped set up the grounds and hide the Easter eggs. The Linover volunteers:<span style="font-family:georgia;color:#000099;"> Ed Ronspies Jr., Bud Frank, Harry and Madge McDaniel, Anita Bollino, Vikki Creswell</span> and those who baked cookies, brownies and cakes. Also special thanks to <span style="color:#000099;">Pat Kowalewski</span> for her generous donations and <span style="color:#000099;">Marge Icke</span> for getting the volunteers from <span style="color:#000099;">St. Michael’s Confirmation Class</span> to help with the activities. You can view pictures from the event on our Linover website, <a href="http://www.linover.org/09Easter/">www.linover.org/09Easter/</a><br />This year’s coloring contest winners were <span style="color:#ff0000;">1-3 year olds – Emily Neisser</span>, <span style="color:#006600;">4-5 year olds – Emily Breighner,</span> <span style="color:#000099;">6-7 year olds – Hannah Surdel</span>, <span style="color:#006600;">8-9 year olds – James Dunn</span> and <span style="color:#330000;">10 and over – Elizabeth Hollingshead.</span> Congratulations to them and thanks to all the children who submitted a coloring poster.<br />Please let us know of any suggestions and/or ideas to help improve next year’s Easter Egg Hunt. All in all, Stemmers Run was a lot cleaner than last year.
